The former Milton Country Club (MCC) property was acquired in February 2018 as part of the City's $25 million dollar greenspace bond initiative, passed overwhelmingly by residents in 2016. The passive areas of the park at the former MCC are currently closed to the public while the City addresses easements along adjacent private property and safety concerns regarding paths and bridges. The community planning process officially kicked off in October 2018. This page serves as a one-stop source for all the materials and presentations associated with the on-going planning process. Please keep in mind that this is a comprehensive planning process and no final decisions have been made. It's also important to remember that the process starts at a very high level and then works its way down to a more detailed discussion.

Following the October and November stakeholder discussion groups, our consultants with Kimley-Horn provided a comprehensive update to the Milton City Council which included community input and the engineering and environmental data specific to the former country club property.
