Milton Police and Citizens Together (MPACT) is a great program that connects Milton's residents and businesses with its police. MPACT provides each community member with a direct line of contact to the Police Department, based upon the individual’s location.
Here’s how it works: The city is divided into four zones with Milton's Uniform Patrol Division lieutenants each working directly with two of these zones. These lieutenants can assist with any issues or requests that you, your greater community, or your business may have. These might include traffic concerns, a neighborhood watch, law enforcement education or assorted quality of life issues.
Should you need immediate assistance from Milton Police please dial 911; for non-emergencies, you can call 678-297-6300 and press ext. 1.
Below is the My Milton Info app. Click on it, enter your address and you will get the contact information for your MPACT officer -- based on your address -- as well as your council representative.
