I'll see you at Crabapple Fest tomorrow

If you’ve ever wanted to get involved in your home town, now is the time! October is absolutely packed in Milton, with virtually every weekend full of great opportunities to get out, meet your neighbors and build the type of community everyone can be proud of.
By now I am sure you have seen the advertisements, stories and signs around town promoting Crabapple Fest, our huge antiques, art, food and fun festival. We’ve partnered with the Crabapple Community Association (CCA) to produce this huge event again and know it will be one for the books!
Crabapple Fest serves as a yearly symbol of our amazing, unique community – the history it holds, the value it places on quality of life and the special place it reserves for fellowship among friends and neighbors. Because we’ve got something really special here in Milton and we love showing it off to everybody.
That’s enough for this month. If you’re out at Crabapple Fest on Saturday, keep an eye out for me. I’d be glad to talk about this great city we call home and the many exciting things we’re doing to keep it the special place we all know it to be.
And if you can’t, just give me a ring or shoot me an e-mail sometime. I’d love to hear from you.
Mayor Joe Lockwood
