The City of Milton’s Department of Communications and Engagement is tasked with high-tech/high-touch municipal government, media and community relationship building through resident engagement, media-based outreach, Web-based transparency, and in-person special events.
This department handles: citizen communications and engagement; all news releases and media relations; government transparency; and city hosted events planning and execution.
Community Outreach Manager Courtney Spriggs

serves as the point of contact for all media inquiries and executes the City of Milton's strategic communications strategy including traditional, digital and social media.
