About

The annual Capital Project Fund pays for improvements like the purchase and/or construction of high-cost, long-lasting assets -- roads, buildings, parks and trails.

The Capital Improvement Plan is a seven-year plan that guides Milton’s capital improvement plans into the future. Each year it is updated and serves as the starting point for developing the current year’s Capital Project Fund.
