Economic Development

Founded in 2013, Milton’s Economic Development Department is tasked with building relationships with the city’s business owners and commercial real estate brokers to ensure the city creates a climate for economic success as prescribed in the 2012-2015 Strategic Plan.

First and foremost, the department endeavors to plan for sustainable growth by conducting business development outreach, tracking and publishing growth statistics and providing initiatives to promote development of commercially zoned areas in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan.

Secondly, the department works to promote Milton businesses to residents and the city’s assets to real estate professionals.

Economic Development News!

A paper survey was mailed to businesses on Feb. 8, 2017 along with an option for completing the survey online. Choose among the options below to complete your survey now.

Are you a home-based business? Complete the home-based survey online or print the fillable PDF and email to sarah.ladart@cityofmiltonga.us.

All other Milton businesses complete the survey online or print the fillable PDF and email to sarah.ladart@cityofmiltonga.us.
