Through active participation in community projects, Better Together connects Milton citizens to their neighbors, city businesses and other organizations, creating a welcoming community where residents of all abilities have the opportunity to engage.
The Better Together Committee—composed of interested citizens from the City of Milton—meets the second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Click here to see the city calendar.
All are welcome to become a part of this group, ranging from high school students to senior adults. The committee plans and arranges projects covering subjects of interest to the community.
In the past, among other things, the committee has supported North Fulton Community Charities and the Milton Senior Center, hosted quarterly meetings open to the public (for example, with the state's House Speaker Pro Tem Jan Jones) and participated in the Earth Day, Rivers Alive and Adopt-a-Road programs offered by the city.
