Note: While City Hall offices are closed to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, the building’s front lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for those wishing to submit plans and permit applications.

Please place all documents in the bin located in the City Hall lobby. When you do, applicants must write their name and provide other needed information on the submittal list that’s on the table next to the bin. You’re welcome to call 678-242-2545 – the number for the Community Development Department’s front desk staff – after submitting your plans. 

City staff is typically taking 20 days to process applications and issue comments/permits. This is slightly longer than in the past, due to additional safety precautions taken to guard against the spread of the coronavirus.
