The City of Milton will be celebrating Arbor Day at Bell Memorial Park on Friday, February 21st at 10:30 a.m.
At this special ceremony, Phase II of the Mark Law Arboretum, showcasing several different species of trees planted along the path at the park, will be unveiled. The Georgia Tree Council has donated a beautiful white oak tree that will be planted at the park, and dogwood seedlings will be given to attendees.
Milton has been recognized as a Tree City for the past 10 years! This will be the 11th year the city has been recognized for its excellence in urban forestry management.
